Please fill out the coaching Application below.

There is no fee for this, but it is mandatory.

This is only done once throughout your coaching. If you have already done this, we will see this in your Hockey Canada account. If you have not done this before, it must be done AFTER you have registered with Hockey Canada. There is a nominal fee ($30) for this program, submit your receipt prior to Feb 1, 2026, and you will be reimbursed the full amount. Please send proof of payment and receipt to dkatzman@prossermanjcc.com.

This is mandatory and must be redone every 2 years. Police Vulnerable Sector Check (PVSC) (required if over 18 years of age) It can be no older than 3 months. It is an online process link with YRP or TPS. Links are below.

For the agency name please write ‘Prosserman JCC’ and check ‘volunteer’ for the reason for request. The check will only be $20. Payment must be paid via money order addressed to ‘Toronto Police Services’ for $20. Also, you need to hand print your name and address in the box at the bottom. Please email dkatzman@prossermanjcc.com for a copy for the required letter. 

The Ontario Hockey Federation has mandated that all coaches must complete the two educational modules to be approved on a roster. Please complete this course as soon as possible.
